This is the problem: Too many agents put up a sign, sit back and stare at the phone... and they call this listing a house.

It's the difference between watching TV and being on the internet. With one you are passive, in the same spot for hours, sitting back, maybe changing channels. The computer user, the internet user... is leaning forward, engaged, able to compare and get dynamic and different information at their command. These buyers are completely willing to bypass the typical agent and do all their data gathering and comparison on line.

We speak to these specific buyers, working to develop a common language, a shared vocabulary, in how we understand the current market. We use specific "dialog paths" and variety of tools to deliver a compelling message, ALL backed up by easy access to MLS reports we can email to them. We present a compelling story of our knowledge, and the value of the property. Buyers find this approach persuasive, and they appreciate and respond to our candor. We don't sell houses to buyers, we provide knowledge, counsel and comparisons in order for them to move forward.
